"Clean room, nicely updated. Staff was helpful and pleasant. No breakfast, but was not expecting one. We were only there one night, so we did not use the kitchen, but appears to be well appointed. "

"BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice and clean."

"The front desk staff person (if u have any questions, just call for “Cat…as in meow!) was very lively & friendly. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room however, once again (the hotel we stayed in downtown the night before at the Doubletree had the same issue, though even worse) the shower drain was not draining so we found ourselves standing in 2.5 “ of water. Not sure what’s going on w/ the drains here in Omaha lately, but it really was not pleasant and as a female really hoping to wash my hair, there was no way it was going to be possible w/out flooding the bathroom. Also, if u like to go out and enjoy the downtown & then just bring something back to room to heat and eat later, you’re S.O. L. as there is no microwave in the room. Luckily, my wood fired pizza was tasty, even cold. Finally, no big deal in the fact that the cover to the card reader on our room door fell right off as we tried to gain access to our room upon check in, but the fact that our hotel key would not open the gate to the parking garage upon leaving the ramp was extremely inconvenient as we had to call & wait for a hotel staff person to let us out. When ur paying $25extra to park, u would think that this would be the last thing you’d have to deal with. And unfortunately, we weren’t the only guests that had to deal with this either. We’ve stayed here before, but as time has gone by, it’s lost a little luster. Very central to downtown but it’s the little things that matter when choosing where 2 stay."

"Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5."

"The best thing about the Inn was it friendly staff. The rooms were clean but the light above the nook keep flashing and making noise. We picked this Inn for the pool and breakfast. Both were terrible. The pool was so cold that even the kids refused to go in so the whole time no one was able to enjoy the pool. There were a lot of families there the two days I was there and everyone was complaining about the ice cold water. Breakfast was not any better. Everything was lukewarm, the eggs, sausages and the biscuits and gravy was so bad we just tossed it out, the gravy was cold and gelatinous and the biscuits was not even cooked. The first day they had run out of syrup for the waffles so we just used peanut butter. The second day the waffle maker was taken down and a note saying no syrup. That was the only thing good on the buffet. They could not had someone get syrup before the next day. We will be traveling in this area again but will pick a diffent Inn. There are a lot to chose from in the area."

"My first concern was the big oudoor sign was missing. I was very disappointed when I walked in. It had a terrible smell to the building. You could see they were trying to cosmetically update, but it had a very dirty look to the floors and the walls. Our room was ok, the beds were clean, and fresh sheets. The couch was very work and cushions were old and not intact. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower had black hair slapped against the side of the shower walls. We were excited for the hot tub and pool. When we walked in the pool area it was dim and had a bad smell of urine or just old water smell. The hot tub jets barely moved the water and the temp was Luke warm. There were chunks of hair and floating around in it and ended up sitting on my grandsons arm. They tried the pool but that too had hair floating and the water temp was frigid. It was so disappointing. We left the pool area as soon as we could and showered and left the building to find something else to do since we could not talk advantage of the pool area. It was truly disgusting. The breakfast was nice, but the owner/manager thought he had to hover over all the customers eating. He would take away our plates, give us candy, and then put the review sign in front of the customers to give them a review. They had a tip container out for tips. If I could have found another hotel room available, I would have left the minute I walked in. I paid $190 for a very low end hotel and was extremely disappointed. "
