Great Family Stay!

Convenient to Omaha attractions (LOVED the Zoo and Saturday Market!). Hotel was clean, room was spacious. Breakfast fully stocked each morning - included high protein/low card options daily!

Great hotel! Breakfast was outstanding, so much to offer along with freshly ground coffee beans brewed for coffee. Beds comfortable and rooms decorated with a minimalist feel. Staff from front desk to breakfast staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would have give an excellent rating for every category except the hot tub was not working which was the one thing I was looking forward to enjoying.

This was a great hotel! Very clean and had newly renovated and updated rooms and baths. The bed was one the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on. Breakfast was delicious, as well! I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Council Bluffs!

Newly renovated hotel which was very nice. Friendly staff. Negative- 2 pillows we tried to use smelled like they hadn’t changed the pillow cases from previous guests, so that was gross.

The hotel was being remodeled as s the chemical smell was very strong. Pool was closed. Parking was good, breakfast was excellent. Very clean and tidy facility.

Was a quiet overnight stay. Staff were all great, check in easy & breakfast staff super too! My only complaint, the fitted sheet was not smooth & soothing, almost like it was pilled or fuzzballs on it from age (?). Otherwise we had a nice stay.
