"Prima locatie, en vriendelijk personeel. Kamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken; er was veel kapot en het zag er niet erg schoon uit, Maar ik had er niet zo’n last van. Wat wel jammer was, was dat de airco heel veel lawaai maakte. We werden er ‘s nachts zelfs wakker van. Helaas is er geen lift in het gebouw. Ook kregen we niet de kamer die we geboekt hadden; de receptioniste zei dat ze ons een upgrade gaf, maar dat voelde absoluut niet zo. Al met al een oké hotel voor een overnachting, maar...

"Super deluxe kamer, heerlijk bed, ultra moderne badkamer met grote stortdouche. Koelkast, koffieautomaat en waterkoker op de kamer. Schitterend uitzicht over de vallei. Prachtige tuin met mooi tuinmeubilair. Alles perfect onderhouden en schoongemaakt. Wij waren de enige gasten en hadden alleen via app of telefoon contact, maar dat was prima. "We booked 2 twin rooms through expedia and when we arrived we were told that only one room was booked Two of us had to get a single room at an extra cost of just under 30 euros each I spoke to the manager the next morning and he is blaming expedia and told me i must ring them to get a refund I feel like i have been fobbed off"

On the other hand, despite the amenities listed in the description, don't expect to have a breakfast, there's just... none. The spa is pure imagination, and is it reasonably honest to call a dull room only furnished with tables and chairs a "kid-friendly area" ? To my opinion, only workers who are used to spend a couple of days in tough conditions should consider this place."
