"We had the hotel to ourselves for the 2 nights we stayed at L’Ermitage, so our experience was extra special and the service incredibly intimate. Other travelers shouldn’t reasonably expect the same level of service, but you can rest assured that you will be well cared for and comfortable. My only caveat is the WiFi. "We didn’t use much of the amenities as our stay was just a 1 night stop due to boat cancellation. The property is very clean and there’s plenty of parking spaces. The staff were kind and informative. We had a great night sleep as the bed is super comfy. "
