Rooms were neglected, water pressure on one of the rooms was bad and when we bring that up the front desk person got upset. Let them know that the rooms don’t look nothing like what they are showing on the website. Sheets weren’t cleaned, curtains were just hanging from a nail, air conditioner was trowing debris. Water was coming out from the bottom front of the toilet. Location wise was very good because is very close to el Zocalo,

I have stayed in this beautiful colonial Kavia hotel before in the heart of the historic central district of Mérida. A light breakfast is available in the courtyard. The rooms are updated and quiet and the staff are thoughtful and friendly.

Attractive colonial hotel

I enjoyed the colonial feel of the hotel and the location was convenient but that came with a price. That is by 6am you could here the sounds of the traffic. The front room had high ceilings, wood fixtures, and pasta tiled flooring. Perhaps further to the back of the hotel noise would not be an issue. The narrow courtyard were the pool was, meant the likehood of having a dip with the sun on high was limited. But good value overall.

Painful, remind me NOT to go here.

They charge 142 pesos a day for parking, there is no water, no chairs, no table, and our AC did NOT work. Receptionist is a class jerk. Our time was deplorable.

The room was very small, the heat pump leaked and I almost ended up on my back. The TV didn’t work. The Hotel itself was old and broken down and in need of repair. Wasn’t even worth the 40 dollars a night I paid for it.

El lugar es rústico, limpio y a buen precio, con excelente ubicación, las habitaciones son pequeñas y basicas, la tele es muy pequeña, el aire acondicionado es adecuado, el baño es funcional, sin embargo, el inodoro se mantenía tapado constantemente, solo dan toalla de cuerpo, no ponen ni toalla de manos ni tapete, el papel de baño es super corriente, tuve que ir a comprar uno de marca porque parecía lija el que ponen, no hay botellas de agua ni nada extra, pagas por lo más básico, la alberca nada que ver con fotos, es pequeña y vieja, ni siquiera se antoja meterse, aunque es mas como un chapoteadero, el personal es amable sin exagerar en lo servicial y la salida del baño a la cama no es muy segura, una persona mayor tiene el riesgo de caerse, yo me caí y me lastimé muy feo la pierna, pienso que un niño o un adulto mayor puede correr mas riesgo de lastimarse. Creo que para ir de rápido a merida puede ser una opción, aún así, yo no volvería, creo que por el precio o incluso invirtiendo un poquito más puedes tener una mejor opción.

La première chambre qui nous était allouée avait une toilette défectueuse, la deuxième change qui nous a été allouée n'avait pas de fenêtre et nous n'avions pas pu changer à nouveau. Je ne recommande pas, Santa Lucia à côté est beaucoup mieux.

El hotel esta en pésima condición, el drenaje del baño bloqueado y no desagua, el agua esta estancada y de mal olor Dentro del area de regadera el contacto de la luz esta hay sin division y riesgo electico. Las instalaciones eléctricas improvisadas, las sabanas con quemaduras de cigarro, no hacen la limpieza de las habitaciones, almenos de la que ocupe 204 tuve qué insistir, durante dos dias no lo hiciera, y segun incluye desayuno y no lo ofrecieron, ni siquiera hay area para ello, por ultimo la tarifa en el hotel es de 600 pesos diarios y la ofertada por expedia es casi el doble, lo cual para la pesina calidad del servicio e instalaciones es incongruente, las fotos publicadas no son nada relacionadas con lo que es el hotel
