The cleaning service is great, keep the room and bathroom spotless. Breakfast has a good variety and tasty. Hotel is under construction in the entrance door, it doesn't bothers me, staff are very helpful. Hotel has a good location close to the center of the City.

Great hotel close to everything and so charming. Comfortable beds. The upgrade to a suite is worth the money. Guierrmo at the front desk is amazing and so helpful. We would stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly, our room included breakfast which was buffet. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Air conditioner worked better than expected. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Panamericana, We recommend this hotel.

The staff is ultra-professional and friendly, and the hotel is in an amazing location. My partner and I felt very taken care of by the team. The room was super spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Nothing really to complain about. When I called about a plumbing issue in the shower, they fixed it right away. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I thought the breakfast food quality was a little subpar. It's not gross or anything, but was neither truly satisfying. The great thing is that the hotel is so centrally located you can walk to great restaurants nearby. Great hotel for the price.

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Beautiful hotel. It's within walking distance to restaurants and the Cathedral area. Harder for us elders who are more sensitive to heat and rough sidewalks. Guillermo, the front desk person who spoke English was very attentive. We are so grateful for his help navigating our first trip to Merida. All staff was friendly and accommodating. The only negatives are the pool. It is in the shade ALL the time. I was hoping to lie in the sun and jump in the pool a bit. There's also no restaurant and bar as advertised on line. You can order bar snacks in the evening through a kitchen staffer. We were hoping to be able to socialize with others a bit, and not always have to walk somewhere for a restaurant.

The most important part of this review is knowing that the staff is top notch. They were very kind, professional, and attentive. As a Platinum member, I was supposed to receive a free drink when I checked in, but it didn't happen. Honestly, I wasn't fussed, but the check in review asked - so I answered honestly. They sent a staff member with this bottle of wine to my room. I don't drink, so I declined it, but the thoughtfulness with really appreciated. The last day the door wasn't working properly, and they immediately had it fixed. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The front desk was always ready to help with any questions. Miriam at the spa was amazing - you definitely want services from her.

Hotel is good but not excellent. Very nice lobby and 6 floors. Super slow elevators, Did not get the VIP perks from Expedia. Rooms are spacious and recently remodeled. AC excellent and consistent hot water. Room lacks some amenities like a coffee maker and drinking glasses.Smart TV worked well. Buffer breakfast was decent but they could add some bacon or sausages and serve real juice not powdered. Staff were excellent. Odd that such a large hotel has no store, no restaurant and no bar. Hotel is about 8 blocks from the Grand Plaza and the area is walkable and safe. Overall 4/5.
