Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). "The listing said there was a playground on site and there was no playground. This was the main reason I choose this place. The front step was broken, so almost tripped a few times. There were no garbage bags and on 1/10 of a roll of toilet paper (not enough for 4 days). When I called they said they’d bring some out and they never did. It smelled. The temperature in the shower when from cold to hot fast. Beds were not comfortable. "

"The cottage was amazing, everything we needed and more for a quiet weekend away as a family. The setting was beautiful. The cottage is situated on the site of a wedding venue but it is far enough away to not be disturbed or us not to infringe on the wedding celebrations taking place. A gem of a property that allowed us to just chill. We would love to return in the future."

"Communication before our arrival was excellent. Getting into the property no problem. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very well equipped with everything that we needed. Great to have a small supermarket next door. The minor issue for us was having only one parking space per apartment although there was a lot of on street parking available. Would definitely stay again."

"We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The host’s communication was timely and efficient, we also appreciated the early check-in and the option to store our luggage after check-out. However, we encountered an unexpected issue. The property is spread over two levels, upon arrival, we naturally explored the space. There are three doors downstairs—two locked and one leading to the laundry room, which was unlocked. Assuming the washing machine was available for guest use, we did a load of laundry...

"Was not sure when choosing this hotel, in Cumbernauld, but worked out great to be away from the busy hub-bub of a city like Glasgow, so the quiet location was right. Nice leisure factifies like an adjacent golf course, sauna, pool, good changing room, lockers. Drinking fountain by pool was off-on! Plenty of parking."

"Perfect location for the Helix park in Falkirk. The stunning Kelpies within walking distance and a short drive to the Falkirk Wheel. The hotel is located on a business park and the nearest restaurant (which was excellent) is Cooks bar and restaurant about 20 minutes walk or a few minutes drive. The hotel is clean and modern, reception staff friendly and helpful. The only downside, the double bed is on the small side. "

"We only stayed at the Richmond Park Hotel for one night as we were meeting other family members to do the Bo’ness & Kinneil steam train trip. The hotel is lovely with welcoming efficient staff. The copper kiln bar & restaurant is cosy and there is an outside area with picnic tables and chairs for summers evenings. We stayed in a superior king room & it was spacious and very comfortable, Bar & food prices are very reasonable and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommend! "
