"I travel all the time for work, and this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. When I got there, it’s like the room wasn’t even cleaned. I found a jellybean in the bed, the carpets were FILTHY, and the bathroom was disgusting. I found stray hairs everywhere. Even the lobby was unkept. I would’ve canceled on my stay, had it been refundable. I genuinely was disgusted to even walk on the floor in the hotel room 0 out of 10 do not recommend."

"everything was great except i forgot my insulin in the room and didn't know till i got home. i talked to security on the phone and filled out something on line. it wasn't clear. i need to call them again to have the bag mail back to us."

"Room was nice and loaction is good. The breakfast is very expensive. The thing that lets it down are the bar staff and some at breakfast (but not all). One bar staff member was rude and arrogant, the worst we come across on our road trip, if you don't want to work here just get another job. "
