I really enjoyed the breakfast, and my kids loved going to their pool. The only issue that I experienced was the overall cleanliness of the lobby. There was some build up of dust and items that seemed to be tucked behind the sofa (general lobby cleaning concerns). Also, the lobby had a few flying insects (gnats/flies), which is probably expected during the hotter months with so many guests going and coming.
But, when I called and requested that they have the staff to clean my room since we were staying for more than one night, the manager was able to accommodate my request and had my room cleaned during our family's vacation. This was a refreshing accommodation for us and we appreciated their obligement.
Overall, pretty good hotel. Staff was pretty nice as well. No major complaints.
