"Our stay was AMAZING!! Mark made our visit so personal and warm, he’s the best. The restaurant was delicious and accommodating to my friend’s dietary needs. I would recommend Vanilla Hills over and over again. We stayed in the large villa and had so much space and privacy. The infinity pool was perfect, and there’s a walkable river access we went to as well! There’s tons to see and do on the property as well as nearby. Our stay was perfect. "This is a beautiful property and the staff were wonderful. The dining on the property was really good as well. You can book all excursions through them. Drinkable tap water was nice. Beautiful rooms and property. Please keep in mind you are in the jungle so big beetles/bugs can make it into your room. You Also can be woken up in the middle of night by loud animal noises. If you are up early enough you will see a wide variety of birds at breakfast. We even saw a few howler moneys in the evening!
