The room was in good condition and the staff were very courteous. However the smoking situation outside the room needs to be addressed. Filthy ashtrays need to be emptied and a designated smoking area away from rooms needs to be established.

Lovely motel. Friendly staff very accommodating. My room was lovely and comfortable. The spa was great too. Would definitely stay there again.

Parking was good, room clean, basic amenities available and only downside was the smokey smell of the room and despite people smoking outside the smell comes into the room and was very disappointing. Checkout time is 10am and pool looked clean like the pictures

We had a unit near the back of the property and we found it very quiet which was great because we were sleeping early and up early. cleaning staff provided fresh towels each day and made sure we had soap refills which was great, however maybe look out for spider webs. Otherwise great place to stay and would stay here again

I really liked the property, it is older but is still comfortable and clean. I was confused though by the level of room service. It did change each day (from fully made beds and changed towels on the first day -> to no made beds, my linen gone where I needed to ask for more and my used cups not being cleaned or changed out by the last day) - probably my only criticism. I however would stay here again, I might need to ask what the expectation of the room service is next time.

Although the room could do with a revamp, I found it extremely comfortable and it was great for the short time I stayed. Quiet and safe surroundings, and it's placed in a convenient location with only a short travel to the main part of Dandenong. The owner or one of the staff that I checked in with (25/10/2023) was very friendly and accommodating. Would gladly stay here again.

Decent budget motel. Room was kept clean, with staff changing towels, emptying bins and offering to vacuum our room during the 4 day stay. Although property is a bit tired and dated and located just off a main road, it was quiet at night, had plenty of parking and it was convenient to the Dandenong stadium. It also contained a microwave and fridge which was very handy.

I chose the motel because it was said to serve breakfast, which in fact it didn't. It seems reasonable for customers to rely on the accuracy of the stated Amenities, so presumably there was a misunderstanding between the motel and Expedia. Otherwise, it was clean and quiet, despite its location on a main road.

Beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. Shower was great. Rooms had a microwave, mini fridge and snacks available for purchase. Parking was at the front of your room which was convenient. There was a pool on-site but we didn't use it. KFC is walking distance beside it. Reception staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy. The only downside was the rest of the bathroom..... was old and damaged. Still good for the price we paid though. Just be aware its not the Grand Hilton!
