The staff were all so helpful and went out of their way to make everything run smoothly for us. Due to our schedule change, they offered us a later check out so that we were not at loose ends and waiting for our event for as long. Smooth check in and offered us dining options for Saturday night. Excellent recommendation for dinner by the way. Great location and very comfortable stay.

Great property to stay..we were upgraded both times we checked in and had a 2 bedroom apartment. Very spacious. The staff were very helpful and looked after our bags on checkout. Easy access to tram across the road straight into the city.

I booked the property because of location and the parking option and the breakfast option. The location was great but I could not park my Transit van in the carpark due to its size. There is also no breakfast service available Sun-Thursday. Overall however a roomy and comfortable stay.

The Quest was central to where I needed to go . The reception gentleman and breakfast chef were positive, welcoming, polite, efficient and helpful. As a lone traveller I appreciated the availability of parking and security within the building. The suite I stayed in was pristine with a very workable layout. A very comfortable stay.
