Hotel’s at a pretty location. Room was pretty clean and in good condition. Staff was not so friendly unfortunately when ask to book the restaurant for dinner, she asked me to check with the restaurant directly. No preference for hotel guests for wine tasting, you have to book in advance. The gym was quite run down that the pool was under maintenance and the trackmill was out of order.

Lovely room with garden view. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom and luxury toiletries. Breakfast was very good and dinner in the restaurant delicious. However choice was limited to a grazing or set menu. Those having the grazing menu were asked to sit in a separate area, on their own, although the restaurant was half empty, which felt a bit unwelcoming.

We stayed here with another couple for a relaxing weekend in the Yarra valley. The location is amazing, beautiful views and an amazing team and restaurant. Beautiful grounds, staff were lovely. We got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was a nice surprise. My daughter has food intolerances and they were a great help with heating up pre prepared food etc. Breakfast was beautiful with gorgeous views over the Yarra Valley. I would love to come back.

Yarra valley overnight stay

Overnight stay whilst visiting some of the many vineyards. Room was comfortable, clean, food was fantastic. Wine tasting with Jenny was entertaining, and informative. The wines were also very good.
