"I had a lovely short stay at ParkHotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. Nestled in the city centre, it’s surrounded by beautiful cafes and restaurants offering a fantastic selection of food and drinks. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the train station. There’s a car park and I noticed some electric chargers – I’m not sure if they’re hotel-owned. The toiletries in the room were great and the bed was big and comfortable. Coffee and tea were also provided. Thank you"

If you've been driving around Europe or just are exhausted, this is the perfect relaxing place to call home for a few days- entering the drive it feels like you're arriving at your own personal castle! "Für ein Low-Budget-Hotel wirklich überraschend gut! Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war praktisch und man konnte vieles schnell erreichen. Natürlich darf man bei dem Preis keinen Luxus erwarten, aber Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt oder eine günstige Reise. Würde ich wieder buchen."

"No. Do not stay at this hotel. There was mold in our room and we told them. They did not take care of it so we left. Cleanliness is definitely an issue here which they need to address. "

"The hotel is very well located, everything is just steps away. The staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and totally worth it! However, I’m taking out a star because the hotel is no small kids friendly. There were stairs to enter to the hotel and stairs to go to the dining room so lifting a stroller was not comfortable."

"I found the property not to be suitable for a senior . The shower is in the tub and the faucet is in the middle of the tub so it's awkward. The sink has the shelf so low that you can knock your head into it. There was stairs to get to my room but no hand rail. But on the positive the staff was excellent , helpful and pleasant. We liked the complementary chocolates and cookies. It was very thoughtful."

"This hotel was in good shape and quite accessible to all the things Bruges has to offer. My only complaint is that the staff cleaned the carpet in my room prior to my arrival but did not tell me and the carpet was soaked. I needed to wear shoes at all times which was a minor inconvenience. When I mentioned this to the staff, they admitted to knowing this but didn't offer any alternatives."

"This was a very expensive stay for what it is. In fact the price went up €30 whilst I was booking. The room was basic, the bathroom smelled and the two small windows were high up, making the room rather dark. The advantage is the location."
