The hotel was in a nice location close to all the site seeing attractions. Staff on arrival and through out our stayed were very friendly and kind and always spoke when you passed. The room was very clean plenty of room for 3 people. When booking hotels in the future Novertel is one i would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in heart of Brugge. Easy access from parking, good spread of options for breakfast and everything is in close proximity. Only point lacking is that there is no onsite gym.

Such a lovely hotel in the centre of Brugge. Great room, breakfast buffet and pool. The hotel also was family friendly which was great for our three children. Thank you for a lovely weekend away!

The entrance to the hotel was not very appealing and not very well maintained however, it was convenient and within walking distance to the train station, restaurants and shops. There is a Carrefour across the street which was great for snacks, drinks etc. The hotel lobby looked very chic and clean with lots of sitting areas if you wanted to relax and unwind. During our visit it was also decorated for Christmas. The rooms were basic with not much closet space but it was comfortable and clean.

We absolutely loved the swimming pool. Really helped our 7yo daughter to have a fun time as she didn’t appreciate the views and history of Bruges so much.
