"Thanks"

"The floor was extremely dirty, with a significant amount of dirt and grime on the tiles. Our feet turned black just from walking barefoot in the room. The floors clearly need a thorough cleaning. This was disappointing and raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the property. But apart from this the property is very nice."

"Chris was excellent he was always very helpful! One thing I did not like was that I told the manager if there was a handicap room because my father was having a heart procedure done in the morning and he tried to help us out, but that construction and not being told which elevator to use had me somewhat upset because my dad had to be walking all over the hotel because the room we were staying in was blocked by the construction! So disappointing. But other than that everything else was good...

"Everything else was fine. I just think the breakfast could be better. I had a biscuit, but it was very dry, and the sausages were not cooked thoroughly enough. But the room was very comfortable."

"Checked out a day early. Requested extra towels and pillows at 8 PM, they arrived at 10:30 PM with loud knocking that woke our kids, and one "towel" was a floor mat. Breakfast at 9 AM was nearly empty with rotten bananas as the only fruit; the front desk told me to toss them and come earlier. One of the worst hotel stays we've had."

"rooms are super clean Staff very helpful"

"The room was very clean. I would say cleaner than most Hotels."

"Las alfombras están muy sucias y viejas . Los baños igual de viejos . La refrigeración no funcionaba y te daban un ventilador que hacía un ruido espantoso. Le urge una renovación al hotel ."

"Loved the hotel! Would recommend renting a car though, Ubers were kind of expensive."
