"It’s like a hidden gem in the middle of a busy square. The location was perfect for walking around and it was close to many things for eg: the leaning tower was 13min walk away. "We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. I could imagine myself living here, honestly. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautiful. The only downside was the breakfast. Day one dinner I had steak very good, melts in the mouth, next day lunch pizza great, next dinner I ate wild boar stew and hhubby had Lasagna. "Such a beautiful hotel with decorated garden, all staff are so nice and friendly; reception, waiter, waitress. Small room but nice with full Facilities&Utilities bathroom. Breakfast is perfect, bread, cheese, fruits and very nice coffee. Anyway, because I like to sit on the floor, feel the floor is not really clean. "

"Only there for a short stay, 1 night and we arrived very late. Had contacts with the receptionist which was very helpful. When we arrived later than anticipated it wasn’t a problem at all, reception open 24/7 and the late night shift was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night but from what reception we got I would look forward to stay there again in the future. They were helpful to give us breakfast to go for our next destination.
