Good Spot for single traveler or couple.

Always a good stay. Barry and crew manage the property very good. They are responsive and attend to issues if one comes up. Nice room with a large bed. Fantastic hot water. Unique feel with lots of windows. Full size fridge and very good WI'FI. If you don't like stairs or exercise, not your spot. Two A/C's and good value for your location to Poblado nightlife.

Some big pluses, some minuses

It is in a great location near the Poblado Metro Station. It is on the 4th floor so you have to climb 50 steps to get in (no elevator) which can be challenging or tiresome to some. Bed good, ac good, wifi is good when it worked. (I had 2 days of the 6 without service). Has a hot tub but hot water is iffy, doubt one could fill it with water that was hot enough to really enjoy it. Checkin was efficient.

Excellent. 30 second walk to exito and 2 minute walk to Metro. Luxury. Air con very cold. wifi excellent. Right on calle 10. 5 minute walk to parque lleras. Television very sophisticated and has 1000's of channels. Hot hot water - so good. washer and dryer excellent. private apartment with everything. This is not a hotel. Private apartment. Keys and alarm. Very secure. Barry the owner is a great man. No problems. A place to live permanently.

Ropa de cama sucias, esta prohibido fumar y el vecino fumando marihuana todo el dia y mi departamento agaunatando eso, no habia nada que sirva de utensillos ni bolsas de basura, por querer salir 4 horas antes del check-in me querian cobrar una penalizacion, buscaron como quedarse con el deposito, sino fuera que me comunico con servicio de atencion al cliente lo hubieran logrado de no devolver el depósito en dolares que les deje, la ubiccacoom esta buena del lugar, pero fue el peor departamento que rente en todos mis viajes!

Enjoy the Medellin and this great location! Value!

Great place to stay in Medellin. Location is central to many spots. Restaurants by the hundreds all in walking in distance. Two Major Super Markets walking distance as well. This is a a great spot for a single traveler or a couple. Great little layout with tons of windows. 2 A/C units to keep you cool and they pump well. Things that are often issues for many when traveling: Water pressure, hot water, internet. All great. Hottest water I have ever felt. Big tub and great water pressure. Can watch Netflix, and other streaming stuff just fine. Refrigerator works amazing, super cold to keep those cokes or Ice cold beers super cold. Large King bed is just fine. Staff that manage the property are as top as they come. English is perfect and they are fast to respond to your request. Between the value of their rates and the super service, I highly recommend. I stay with them on all my trips to Medellin now and I travel there often. Thumbs Up! Only recommendation for a newbie 1. ask questions to the owners if walking up stairs, but exercise does not hurt anyone, and 2. is an issue if you are super sensitive to sound and not used to noise from motorcycles and road noise that is very typical in Latin America. But just bring your earplugs and you are good.

nice place with a couple caveats

Nice little apartment. Hot tub in room was great. Everything you need in the apartment. Mattress was a little worn, and the lock system to get in to the space needs some review. 4th floor walk up. Location is excellent, right by metro, exito, and lots of good restaurants. You and the apartment next door can have a normal level conversation through the wall.
