This is small hotel with great friendly staff. The hotel is located in safety area of El Poblado. Great restaurants, parks and outdoors activities. The staff is ready to help you 24 hours, They helped us navigate de communities and place to go in the city. Excellent place to stay.

The pictures had me sold on staying with them however, after checking in and really examining the room I notice a lot of features falling apart, the bed linen was all stained

The only negative about the hotel was the room size. It was very small with barely room for the bed and no sitting area. The toilet room was very open to the rest of the room and offered no privacy

El lugar, aunque es pequeño, es muy bonito y muy céntrico, por lo que si vas a hacer algún tour te queda muy cerca del punto de reunión.

La atención en el front desk fue muy buena, desayuno muy rico y balanceado, ubicación buena, un lugar seguro, ofrecen servicios adicionales para tours, lamentablemente la limpieza mal hecha cuando dejamos la opción para limpieza en habitación, el cuarto era muy pequeño, todo se escuchaba, no ofrecieron agua para tomar u opciones de venta (nos notificaron que el proveedor no había abastecido, durante toda la estadía), sin embargo, por el costo y lugar es buena recomendación para viajes rápidos.

El hotel estaba bien ubicado, es bonito (tal cual como las fotos), limpio y la cocinera del desayuno era encantadora. No obstante, la habitación era demasiado pequeña, apenas había espacio para abrir la maleta. Ni la habitación ni el baño tenían ventilación y además el agua se salía de la ducha. Por otro lado, se oía mucho el ruido de fuera, de las demás habitaciones y nosotros estábamos al lado de la cocina, así que teníamos que dormir con tapones, y aún así a las 5.30 am nos despertábamos por el ruido y música que ponían. No descansamos nada bien.
