The hotel is 2 blocks away from the night life and the area was quiet and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was always fresh because you order and they cook based on your request. Definitely I recommend this place.

Two things stood out 1) being two blocks away from the loud bar scene made this one of the few hotels that provides silence. 2) late checkout - 1pm versus all other hotels with 11am checkouts. Downside being that if you show up early your room will likely not be available until the 3pm checkin. Bonus- they serve breakfast on the outside patio which was very pleasant.

Property was amazing . Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only problem was it was very noisy late at night . Our room faced the street at you can definitely hear music. Wish it was more sound proof. Bring earplugs. They definitely help . Great place to stay otherwise. Traveled with family.

Room was very dirty, hair in the bathroom floor when we arrived and continued to be there even after the "daily cleaning". The sheets where all stained with blood, so I hope we didn't get bed bugs. First night we stayed on a street front room which was super noisy until 4am, had to buy hear plugs. From the second night we were moved to an internal room, much quieter but equally dirty. Staff is friendly. The area is convenient. Would be ok if the price was half of what is advertised.

Best hotel by far in the provenza lleras zone. All staff is great. Front desk best ever. Breakfast consists in fruits Eggs arepa bread juice coffee a good portion served at the internal or external terrace or you can order it to your Room which is included. I will go back for sure.
