The location is great and the staff are very helpful, but the rooms are kind of dirty and the lower levels of the hotel are very noisy. Won't be staying there again.

A tourist nightmare

After arrived a day late do to airline , I was in the middle of the street at 2:20 am on August 2 .With no place to go. The hotel: Palmas del estadio was just a construction site.

Es un hotel muy agradable con un personal muy atento. Se nota que están mejorando en muchos aspectos y se preocupan porque el huésped no se sienta incómodo. Brindan todas las garantías para que la estadía sea amena. El desayuno estuvo muy delicioso y nos dieron varias opciones para elegir.

No lo recomiendo,ni te saluan ,ni bienvenida, no tenian la llave del cuarto 103 perdi 45 minutos mientras me habrian o resultaba la llave de tipo domestica o comun C uy ando lograron habrir la puerta cancele de inmediato mi pareja que esperaba en su moto no quiso entrar ante tanta irresponsabilidad y nos fuimos para hotel cafe en el poblado citio del cual soy huesped frecuente y aparte se niegan a devolver mi dinero dieque por que expidia no les paga de inmediato que hable con Uds,cuando trate de cancelar con uds y me reservaran para cafe hotel solo contesta el agente virtual al chat y tampoco dio solucion Me gustaria saber quien me devolverá mi dinero

Calificó mi experiencia como terrible debido a: 1. El hotel indicaba que tenía parqueadero pero en realidad no es así. De manera que me toco salir a conseguir donde guardar mi carro y aparte pagar cosa que generó costos adicional 2. Las cobijas y toallas del hotel me toco hacerlas cambiar ya que las que me fueron entregadas en un inicio no estaban limpias 3. Si buscas un sueña reparador este hotel no es el lugar ideal o por lo menos no el primer piso ya que hacen demasiado ruido en la madrugada.

Este Hotel ha sido una decepción. Desde la llega a la salida ha sido la peor experiencia que se puede tener. 1) Al llegar indicaron que no había habitación disponible para todo el tiempo de la estadía. Que debía reclamar a Expedia porque ellos no podían resolver. Después de 6 horas a través del servicio al cliente de Expedia confirmaron que si tendrían la habitación 2) A pesar que se indica que cuentan con agua caliente, el servicio no lo tienen garantizado, así que el primer día a las 8am ya no había agua caliente. 3) El servicio de desayuno se tiene hasta las 9am pero, si el mismo se acaba antes de ese horario te quedas sin desayuno. A veces esta parte del desayuno pero no hay cubiertos, vasos o pocillos. Llegaron al punto de decir al segundo día, cuando no había jugo, solo agua, que el día anterior ya nos habían dado jugo, que no nos quejáramos. 4) Hay cucarachas!! Solicitamos que fumigaran la habitación, dijeron que lo harían pero al regresar nos dijeron que era fin de semana, que el jefe no iba y por eso no pudieron fumigar. Finalmente nunca se fumigo! 5) Al segundo día dejamos las toallas usadas y mojadas para cambio pero al regresar en la noche encontramos que no las habían cambiado sino por el contrario las habían tendido para que se secaran sobre la ropa limpia que teníamos sobre una mesa. Les dijimos que igual nos las cambiaran pero después de una hora nos dijeron que no había toallas disponibles. 6) El servicio de atención de TODOS los empleados es pobre, malísimo.
