I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The Jr Queen suite was perfect for my family of 4. Daisy the spa treatment coordinator was wonderful. The Hotel staff was always very pleasant as well. Breakfast was your typical Colombian breakfast. Most importantly the hotel is located in a safe area right next to the mall which is walkable

The hotel and room were very nice, with a clean, modern feel. The location is excellent — everything is walkable, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The shower water never got hot, only lukewarm at best. The TV in our room did not work, and the air conditioning was inconsistent — sometimes the room was uncomfortably cold, while other times it was barely cool, despite keeping the thermostat at the same setting. Additionally, the staff did not feel particularly welcoming, which detracted from the overall experience.

Very nice hotel, everybody that works at the hotel is absolutely proud to work there. Breakfast is one of the best I've had in any hotel in Medellín. Their restaurants offer excellent variety, also good proportion price/quality. Hotel was clean and in a good location, though being a 5 star, it doesn't have the amenities like a swimming pool, coffee and tea making machine in the room and the service sure doesn't match - hotel staff are rigid.
