Absolutely loved this hotel! The location was fantastic—within easy walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous, both inside and out, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we experienced was a somewhat uncomfortable situation with security. After spending the evening in the hot tub, a friend of ours who was also staying at the hotel came to our room briefly to pick up a few items we had brought for her. About five minutes after she entered the room, security came to our door and accused us of having an extra guest in the room. Because of the language barrier, it was difficult to explain the situation. Our friend ultimately had to show her hotel room key to prove that she was also a guest at the hotel and had no intention of staying in our room. I’ve never experienced anything like this at a hotel before, so it was definitely unexpected and uncomfortable. We mentioned it to the front desk the following day, and they were equally surprised by what happened and apologized for the situation. Aside from that incident, we absolutely loved the hotel and would happily stay here again!

Beautiful hotel The most comfortable bed you could ask for the decor of the hotel was also fantastic. The only thing we would say is that it is very loud at night however they do let you pay one night at a time so you can change if it’s too much for you, but I think it’s really good overall and well located

This is a very small hotel located on the pedestrian street which during the day is very quiet and very nice to be in, at night it gets a little loud, especially on the weekends, overall I love this hotel because of his location and that heated pool on the rooftop as well as the sauna

The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was good for that area of town. Convenient to coffee shops, and restaurants that are just feet away from the property. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay with Security in the heart of El Poblado, this hotel is a good option for you. The only thing to remember is, there are multiple clubs on that street so ask for a room on the backside of the hotel. Otherwise the street noise and music can be a lot to try deal with while sleeping. Other than that if I were to go to that area again, I would definitely stay with them again.
