Staff are efficient, friendly but respectful, very helpful. I felt uneasy with the surrounding area so I ensured I returned to the hotel at the latest at dusk and never after dark.

Check in was good. The room was OK. TV didn’t work well no Internet WiFi service in the room. The hot tub didn’t have a lot of power, although the water was really hot. The area was pretty bad, but that’s to be expected in center city.

Our August 6–11 stay had several issues that made the experience less enjoyable. At check-in, my reservation could not be found until I showed my Expedia confirmation. The AC dripped and blew water on us and remained only slightly cooler after maintenance. The hot tub, which was a key reason room was booked, was dirty. After notifying and reminding staff, the water drained during the sole use. Our room was cleaned only once during and we had to request an iron and tissue. The bathroom had only an overhead shower, making it difficult to avoid getting my hair wet. Breakfast was also challenging. The dining area was small; we most times waited for a table, there only was one waiter with about 30 guests. The hotel is centrally located downtown and in the heart of busy market activity, so guests should expect noise from vendors and passing vehicles. Overall, while the location is convenient, the room amenities, housekeeping, breakfast service, and overall maintenance did not meet our expectations.

Not good!

As the old saying quoted. “ Are you certainly get what you pay for”?. I was not impressed with the hotel once I asked you arrived. If you’re looking for a place that is cheap? Well, this is your spot. Because of the conditions of the hotel, my guess and I did not do the breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel as long-term stay. Along with the back conditions of the hotel and the somewhat dicey area. We also had roaches staying with us too.

Poor everything lost all my money.

Middle of worst part of Medellin. Asked for an airport pickup, never heard a response. Tried to get a taxi to hotel from airport, the driver said it was too dangerous and wanted me to pay double.. I paid double, when i got to the hotel after 11pm, their was no way to check into the hotel, no staff available. Taxi driver nervous told me to get in the car and we had to leave. tried to contact hotel, never responded. Asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it. I love adventure and danger, but this place was straight out of medellin dangerous.
