The black and white hotels things all great at Haven, clean, fast service etc. The stand out aspect of the hotel is the staff. I was at the hotel for 5 days and true to the nature of the Paisa people, they are like family now. Great to see the same faces over and over again during my stay. They all jump in and help each other when needed. Well done team.. I will be back!!!

Definitely not a high class hotel. The cleaning service is doing a decent job. Elevator is incredibly slow. Minibar was never toped up. You can literaly see through the closed room doors. Very loud location but also inside the hotel it is loud. Bathroom was very small. Two people could not stand at the same time in the bathroom. When you take a shower, water flows all the way to the toilet.
