Great location, close to restaurants, Parque de el Poblado and transportation; very easy to get to the train statiom as well. Staff was great and helpful. What I didnt like was the noise at night, you hear everything from your room and it was difficult to get a good night sleep.

Excellent location, clean and great service

Stayed in Feb 2025, while exploring Medellin. A great location close to restaurants, bars and tour pickup locations (Poblado park). The hotel was very clean and comfortable both in terms of the room (amazing shower), restaurant and roof terrace (great views). Service was very helpful and friendly and front desk was great at booking my taxis and when i needed to stay an extra night due to cancelled flight. One issue I did have was that the room window did not mitigate any noise from outside both from nearby (hot tub) and neighbourhood nightlife noise...fortunately it did not persist that late at night.

**Exceptional Stay in Medellín – Perfect Location, Ultimate Comfort & Safety!** Our three-night stay in Medellín was absolutely fantastic! The hotel’s **location was perfect**, just a short and convenient **walk to the metro**, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. One of the standout features was the **incredibly comfortable beds**—hands down, the best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel! After long days of sightseeing, coming back to such a cozy and restful sleep made all the difference. The hotel was also **exceptionally clean**, with great attention to detail in every corner. It was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are top priorities here. Most importantly, we **felt very safe throughout our stay**.
