Staff was very friendly and accommodating, me and my friends were able to get rooms together. It felt like we had the whole floor to ourselves. I like that every room is unique and decorated nicely, the bed was really comfortable and the rooms were very clean. I really loved this hotel, it looked exactly like the pictures, the roof top pool was great and so was the breakfast. I really felt at home here, I would definitely recommend! Also, the location is close to Provenza and within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Amazing staff! So friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The breakfast was delicious- it varied from typical to American breakfast. The best part is that the hotel is in such a centrally located area stepa from Provenza and the boujee high end restaurants behind the hotel as well.

The room was small but good and the staff was great but we were unable to sleep due to the early construction happening on sight and thr loud noises and music outside. The restaurant was closed and the rooftop times always changed. The staff was great!

The location is excellent—close to Provenza but just far enough that you don’t hear the nightlife, so you can actually get a good night’s sleep. At the same time, it’s only about a minute away from all the restaurants and party spots, which is a big plus. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which definitely adds to the experience. My main complaint is the breakfast. Having stayed at The Charlee Hotel in Parque Lleras and the Dan Carlton, I expected something comparable. Those hotels offer a much better and more varied breakfast menu. For the price, I think this hotel should offer more than just four repetitive options. A staff member mentioned they used to have a breakfast buffet—honestly, that might have been the better approach.

We had an amazing stay at 23 hotel. The hotel is STUNNING! Just as advertised. The architecture is incredible and the interior design is modern and inviting. We had the deluxe suite with a porthole and bathtub...the views of the city were gorgeous! The room also included robes and complimentary drinks. The grounds of the hotel were also nice although the rooftop pool area was being renovated so we could not take advantage of that feature. Breakfast was included in our stay and was served next door at a healthy restaurant which was pretty good. They also had lunch options as well, I'm not sure if they offered dinner too. The hotel is a 4-5 minute walk to the Provenza popular strip so you are away from the noise but can get to the action when you like. We look forward to staying here again. We will be back!
