From arrival to check out, service at the hotel was excellent. Rooms and all public areas were clean and very well kept. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Free shuttle service to the Haram or 15 minute walk. Lots of lovely shops around. Budget friendly & I would highly recommend.

Room was very clean and the staff were so courteous and always open to help. Tons of shops and food right next to the hotel which was lovely. Food was really delicious as well. Wasn’t far to Haram when you take the hotel shuttle bus. Although, the shuttle bus drivers take a lot of time to arrive and when they arrive they waste time before leaving which is quite annoying.

Had a wonderful stay at Ramada Al Tayser! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and provided excellent service. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. The rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Unclean. I got sick staying there for just two nights. When ever I went out all the pollution and noise didn’t got me sick but the indoors was dusty prob air filter not changed and I smell musty dirty carpet smell. I have seen most of the rooms left their doors open atleast on my floor. But hospitality of the hotel was overall good.

It was good stay but their elevators sucked. Very slow and not functioning properly. Everyone was frustrated about the elevators. It’s always packed with guess waiting to get on. By the way I was charged $94 more than what I was quoted for.

The staff at the property had a very bad attitude. Superiority complex. Expedia had stuffed up and not transferred money to them and they treated us like criminals when we arrived. It was an error on Expedia end and they resolved it after 2 hours. We sat in the lobby from 5am-7am on the phone with Expedia. I asked to pay cash just for one night of the booking and resolve the other nights when Expedia made contact with the Ramada head office. He wanted to charge me the new daily rate which was double the cost of my booking. The reception just shrugged and said too bad. No customer service, no care, rude people and give a bad name to this hotel chain. Didn’t even offer us a bottle of water or anything, had to ask for it. It was already 38° at that point in the morning. I would not recommend staying here.
