Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, very near to haram, family friendly, multiple restaurants inside the hotel and great room service too! We really enjoyed our stay and would book again!
The staff were very nice. Especially, a room attendant named Abul Hossain was extremely polite and caring. I stayed in Tower 2 and thoroughly enjoyed my three-night stay
The location amazing. The comfort of great service also made my stay as comfortable as it could be. I must say that staff are so so so nice and respectful i can say this is by far the best greeting and hospitality i ever had in a hotel in my entire Hotel staying experience Thanks
One thing to mention the hotel lobby is very difficult to find on your own once I asked i was escorted to the lobby that is in B1 floor
It was an amazing stay.
Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options.
It was ver close to Haram, easily walkable, with plenty of food and shopping options on the street.
Room was very spacious with clean and plenty of amenities.
We traveled with family including small children and it was easier to navigate despite being a huge property.
I would highly recommend it to anyone and would definitely like to stay again.
Just steps away from Kaaba plus plenty shops and restaurants around, which was a great perk. It was absolutely great to be able to reach the hotel in minutes after completing Umrah rites - a challenging experience especially when you are with kids.
Fantastic open buffet with excellent variety of delicious foods!
Easy access to taxis, which are plenty around.
Room clean and spacious for a family of 5. Amazing view on AlHaram mosque.
Bathroom overall clean as well but there’s room for improvement in terms of shower and sink deep cleaning. Walk-in shower needed more attention to limescale and mould removal, especially in the bottom corners and edges of the shower floor + between a few wall tiles. Not a huge issue but that should be a basic standard.
Overall, 5 super happy customers. We would definitely use Makkah Towers again booked via Expedia :)
Old fashioned hotel, the hotel front desk is in the middle of a parking garage underground, very hard and confusing to find. The front desk staff are not welcoming. I did not like the hotel. But after all the location is very good and most of the time you will be at the Haram.
We stayed 4 nights in Makkah Tower (tower no. 6, Room# 12/11) in December. The location and the size of the room are the best things about this hotel. It is conveniently located very near to Haram Sharif, Abu Bakar Mosque and food court. All the people working for maintenance and bellmen are super friendly and helpful. We would like to give a special shout out to our room service/housekeeping guy “Abdul Baset”. He was always ready to serve/help. He is polite, informative and hardworking.
Few things we think need to improve. The bathroom water took long time to heat up. Even though we waited long, water wasn’t warm enough to take shower comfortably. The cooktop in the small kitchen area seems very old and not easy to use. We went there during the Christmas break. Hotel was packed with people and most of the time we had to wait long for the elevator. A few of the front desk staff members were not very friendly. We heard that lots of renovation is going on to improve the quality of the hotel room. We hope they improve these cons in future.
