"Two things that wasn’t goodI ask for ground floor room & he said he had already assigned a room & couldn’t change it.I checked in very late & it was a lot of ground floor rooms that wasn’t being used. When I got ready to shower no soap. I got out to call to ask for some from my room phone no answer. The next morning the coffee canister was empty & 2 clerks where in the office area on their phones I ask about get some coffee and they went & made some. "The hotel is obviously an older property, however it has been recently updated. The hotel was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs perfectly. We had no problems at the location, it was a good experience. We have family in the area that we travel to see a few times a year. We will continue to use this hotel in years to come."
