"During check-in and every other time, the lady at the reception was very polite and helpful. Clean and tidy premises. Ours was a family room which was on the upper level. Spa was nice. Beautiful never ending views from the balcony! Will definitely stay there again when in Napier! Best location!"

"The location was great however the check in non Communication was not a good start. Room cleanliness was only at a good standard. Kitchen was not fully stocked and the rangehood didn’t work. Washing machine was also leaking water on bathroom floor. Unfortunately would not stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the room had everything we needed & was warm clean & cosy, the overall condition is a little dated & we thought the pool could of been a bit warmer, we did also discover a very large white tail spider in the twin bedroom under the pillow of room 106 so maybe a fumigate would be needed, thank you for allowing us to extend our check out by few hrs free of charge."
