Had to change rooms three times

The staff at the hotel is extremely nice. I had to switch rooms three times, because the first room they put me in, the TV did not work, the second room they put me in the drapes were torn from the ceiling and lying on the floor. The third room they puts me in was finally okay.

The stay was Great in terms of Good Enough if all one wants is a stay- the staff and cleanliness is great but the rest is pretty basic and I thought the daily charges don’t warrant the basic accommodation that they have.

This location is convenient. However lacks general cleanliness, and maintenance. The first room had stained sheets and towels with holes in them, bugs in the bed I believe silverfish. The buffet was limited and not maintained, no paper towels only a Kleenex box. No television the staff said it would be restored at 6pm the day I was leaving.

It looks like there were many recent updates to the room. But the carpet was not clean and the pillow cases were dirty. We were in handicap accessible room. There was no way anyone with a disability come make it into the tub. It was way too high.

Everything was clean. Bed is on a metal platform so when you sit on it or get into bed it sounds like hitting a filing cabinet loudly. Walls are super thin. Can’t walk to town because the sidewalk is incomplete.

Hot tub

I decided to pay more for the hot tub and other amenities, however the microwave was broken and the fridge froze my food. I did enjoy the hot tub :) I was also looking forward to the breakfast. Yet only cereal and waffles were offered and the orange juice was out. One last thing, my room wasn't cleaned. I obviously can do that myself, but was looking forward to that. I did like to view from my window.

Lights above the bathroom did not work. There were no plastic cups for the coffee machine in the room. Paint was coming off the wall, the wall anchor for the towel shelf was coming out. Beds were clean and the place was quiet. Staff was friendly

It was close to a nice park the kids and i walked to. I booked this thinking i was traveling alone, last second the kids wanted in. First room obviously not cleaned properly. Desk clerk gave new room happily and quickly. On saturday night, 2am, yelling and running up and down halls, slamming doors. I woke kids and we drove home. It was inexpensive, likely fine for solo male traveler but i would not bring children here.

Everything was clean but some minor defects. Toilet paper holder broken, lamp shade broken and the room smelled really bad. The odor was moldy musty and running the fan and cooler temperature did not change the odor. The odor was the worst I have experienced, and I stay in hotels about 10-12 times per year.

The room was great, we had three queen beds but only two chairs at the small table, and tiniest coffee machine with one packet of coffee available. but the breakfast they did have was almost nonexistant and staff just said “sometimes that happens”. Coffee machine was broken- spit out grounds and didnt have water available, one sugary cereal option, microwave was ancient, toaster was over tosting/set on high for friends, they were fully stocked on yogurt and at least two types of oatmeal. They had a waffle machine that did work. Property was unsettling due to the amount of cop cars hanging out throughout the parking lot by the time we got back from finding dinner.
