"The lobby was packed with people trying check. There was no one to tell me what line was what I spent 30 in the wrong line. After checking in I was told the elevator was broken. I was given confusing direction on the location of my room. I went back 2 Times trying to get help. The staff responded with figure it out your self attitude. After almost 30 min we found the room. We occasionally bumped with other people with the same problem."

"The room was a bit musty smelling but we just sprayed air freshener and it was fine. Room was very clean. I wish they had better coffee options for morning. Overall it was a good stay"
