Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village
8/10 Good
"Lots of showing wear and tear on cupboards, walls. It could be cleaner sand on floors finger prints on everything. We had an issue with faucet not shutting off and maintenance showed up in less then 5 minutes. Maid service check on us everyday asking if we needed anything. Way to far to walk to get to car everyday from ocean tower and vallet parking cost insane."
Hilton Waikoloa Village
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. My son’s favorite thing was the lagoon. We saw turtles, sea lion, fishes and string ray in the lagoon."
Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Autograph Collection
10/10 Excellent
"It is always a pleasure returning to Mauna Kea. With the recent renovations now complete, the hotel is more beautiful than ever and remains my daughter's favorite vacation destination. The breakfast buffet is outstanding, offering an excellent selection of food, and the staff is always warm, welcoming, and attentive. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the beach and the crystal clear ocean is an experience that is truly hard to find anywhere else. We had another wonderful stay and are already looking forward to returning next summer."
The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The beach is the best. Just about all negative aspects of the property are measured against the gorgeous water and wonderful beach. The room was a bit dated. Carpet looked tired, small roaches in bathroom sink area. The fat foam pillows are uncomfortable. They also put us in a room for disabled individuals but we were too tired to argue after three flights and a long rental drive at that point. The buffet is very good and staff are excellent. We don’t spend a lot of time in the room so no big deal in the room critique. BUT at 1k per day for a suite, it ’s worth mentioning the rooms look tired."
Hamakua Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The Hamakua was amazing. It was everything you could want in a boutique hotel. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. The every room has an incredible view of gardens overlooking the Pacific. The staff, Belle and Sabrina were the best, If you are there for one of Chef Joseph’s meals don’t miss it!"
Fairmont Orchid
10/10 Excellent
"It is an excellent resort. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious. At the end of my stay, there was a cockroach running in the bathroom."
Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection
10/10 Excellent
"This place is beautiful. Love the property and ocean area. The staff is super friendly and helpful."
