"This was an incredible property! The room was amazing and beautiful, the food was delicious, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our favorite of all the hotels we saw in the area and we wandered around several. We will definitely stay here every time we're in the area."

"The bartender Tyler basically ignored me. The three times I was there. I had to wait over 10 minutes for a beverage and then never came back to me again. When I checked into the hotel, I had my daughter with me and the other front desk attendant gave another woman a treat for her daughter, but I didn’t get one for my daughter. The rooms were disgusting. There was mold growing underneath the top of the toilet. And our last night that we stayed there, the bar was closed because of rain. Was not the best time."

"Great property. The Hokupa’a tower stay was luxurious, closest to an all inclusive you could get in Hawaii. Everything was clean and amazing and access to Lanai was the highlight of the stay. Proximity to whaler’s village, good shopping and a great beach. Overall, highly recommend "

"We stayed two nights here and 3 nights at a resort in Kaanapali and have to say much preferred our time here and in Kihei. When you’re at the resorts you feel trapped and when you are here you feel free. Our villa was so spacious, clean and new and the three pools were awesome. My 10 year old daughter couldn’t get enough of the the slide."
