"We stayed in a renovated room. The property was very clean, updated, convenient to the airport, quiet and had super comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly. We only stayed one night because our longer term property was ready the next day. The area is a bit busier than some of the resort spots but the property is quiet. "

The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, during checkin I overheard another guest saying their AC stopped working as well. Beautiful views and location - it got the job done for what we needed but I thought it was very overpriced."

"The room was in poor condition - the light was flickering, the showerhead was dripping, and there was a noticeable mold smell. The balcony was also missing a chair. Room service was supposed to be every other day, but it was still missed. Service overall was very poor. There are only two pools, neither temperature controlled, so the water is cold. There is very little to do at the resort. Overall, the property appears to be struggling."
