"A charming bed & breakfast maybe 15 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, and about 10 minutes from the historic Iron Door Saloon. Steve met me at the door, took the time to get to know about me, and helped prepare my trip into Yosemite. Free homemade cookies every day in your room. Breakfast was amazing…the mountain scenery is beautiful, and the hummingbirds make it magical. I highly recommend anyone stay here!"

"Not a lot of options here, but the Majestic is grossly overpriced so the Lodge is your only option for a traditional hotel experience. Staff is hit or miss - some were great, some were very disinterested. Restaurant was decent but again, great busboy, lousy waitress. Rooms are comfortable but nothing special. Location is excellent for access to Valley activities."

"Property was very worn down . Nobody in the office until exactly 4pm
Rooms were ok, no TV.
Air conditioning sounded like a plane was landing in the room. Also, property is on a main Hwy so it’s very noisy. Don’t stay here if you want a good nights sleep"
"We had a beautiful view right next to the river, we loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the rushing water. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a giant jacuzzi tub. The restaurant was nice with good food with outdoor seating right by the river. Game room and gym were nice. A couple of the pools were currently under construction."
"Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any motel or hotel, and unfortunately this property did not meet basic standards. While the staff was polite, the lack of cleanliness negatively affected my overall experience. I hope management improves housekeeping services for future guests."
"The staff was very informative and welcoming when we arrived and during the rest of our stay. We stayed during the start of the offseason for skiing, but there were still plenty of people who stayed and visited during the day to take advantage of the small bit of snow remaining. The room was advertised as having a Mountain View, however this was not the case for us, as we had no clear view of it. The welcoming lobby and reception was very nice and cozy, with the architecture giving off cabin vibes. However the room that we stayed in was separate from that building, and part of the Yodler Haus building nearby. There was no covered connection to the garage building, and while it was not terribly cold, it was very windy when we arrived. The room itself was okay, though in my opinion in need of a renovation. The bed was comfortable and we were able to sleep well. Overall, I would say our stay was okay, nothing spectacular that would make me choose this again as my first choice, but perhaps in another time during the prime skiing season."
"The place is in a beautiful spot but the rooms could be maintained better (e.g. patch holes in the wall, patch paint, no rodent poop right outside the room door etc). The restaurant could be so nice if it was updated and all the amenities (e.g. working soda machine, bar tender on staff) were working. I had a massage and the therapist (Natasha) was great and very nice. The spa is a little out of date and was too rustic for my liking but it had everything that you need and it was very clean."
"I was assigned to a tent next to the restroom. All night, the toilet flushing sound, the lights going on and off, noises, constant footstep sound were all negative for a good night of rest. This was a poor experience.
All the rest of experiences in the Yosemite was wonderful!"
"No one on site, not very safe leaving a note on outside of building with a code for room. Anyone could have taken envelope and stayed in the room. I would recommend sending your code by email. No air conditioner unit. Inside is very old and dated and not comfortable at all. Sign on door appears written as someone will return soon and never saw anyone. I usually don’t give bad reviews but we were not happy staying here at all."
