ホテルの向かい側にショッピングモールがあり、食事にも困りませんでした。 フロントの方も丁寧で親切でした。大浴場はすごく大きいというほどではありませんでしたが、足を伸ばしてお風呂に入れて気持ちよかったです。

必要なものは揃っていて快適でした。大浴場は洗い場が3人でいっぱいなのですが、清潔で大きめの浴槽につかれるのは気持ちよかったです。フロントスタッフも親切でした。朝ごはんのバイキングに肉が少なく、もう少し内容を改善されたらもっと評判が上がると思います。ご飯やコーヒーがキレないよう配膳スタッフさんももう少し気遣いされるといいですね。

GWであったせいか、お値段がとても高い割に、ホテルは思ったよりも古い感じでした。 この古さであれば、もう少し割安にして頂けたらと思いました。 ロケーション自体は松山駅からも歩ける距離ではありますので、移動には便利と思います。 あと、提携駐車場がないためホテルの駐車場に空きがない場合は、近隣の駐車場では夜間最大料金がないため、余計に費用が掛かってしまうのでその辺りは留意が必要と思いました。

当日は蒸し暑かったのでエアコンを操作したが入らないため、フロントで聞くと、暖房か冷房の操作しかできない、まだ冷房の切り替えが出来ていないので、窓を開けてしのいでくれとのこと。 また、駐車場へ行くと上から瓦のようなものが落ちてきたため、フロントへ行って事情を説明し駐車場へ一緒に行き確認してもらうと、灰皿の破片とのこと。わびることもなくたんたんとかたづけていた。 今後このホテルには泊まらないと思いました。

設備古く、やや割高感あり。

JR松山駅からは徒歩で行けます。また、ホテルの近くから市電にも乗れるので、立地条件はまずまずです。ホテルのフロントの対応も、丁寧でしたが、私が今回宿泊した部屋は、備え付け家具は角が擦り切れていて古く、シャワーも付け根部分から水漏れしている状態でした。これでも宿泊料金が近傍のホテルに比べて、安ければ良いのですが、総合的見ても、料金は割高な気がします。

ロケーションは駅から徒歩圏内で目の前には23時まで空いているスーパーがあり悪くない。 道後温泉までも一本で行かれるのは良いところ。 ホテルの中はというと部屋の壁はほこりまみれであまり衛生的とはいえない。エアコンも風量調節のみで部屋の温度調節ができないのが残念なところ。 どこまで許容できるかにもよるが、THE ビジネスホテルといった印象。
