12th floor onsen view was truly breathtaking. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. Candeo Hotel was a great hotel chain with high quality amenities. Parking was free and very easy. Thank you for the great stay.

Best thing in this hotel is sky spa - or onsen on 12th floor overlooking town and motorway! Very fascinating and relaxing watch, soaking on hot water after full day walking! Lawson and 7-eleven just outside the hotel, several dining options within 5min walk. Hotel itself is quite dated and feels old, but sky onsen and breakfast makes up for it. Stayed one night in May 2025.

A little disappointed

Upon arrival, we requested to cancel breakfast for the first day and asked for a refund but was informed that this was not possible. The hotel had 1 elevator for 12 floors and the stairs were only for emergencies. This caused lines for the elevator going up and down. The layout of the serving stations at breakfast did not allow for guests to form lines and go in one direction. This caused guests to jump from one section to the next in a chaotic manner trying not to bump into each other. Overall, I don't think the hotel is designed well. Other than that, the room was good and comfortable.

If you are a tourist, this place is only accessible by taxi. If you want to take the bus, make sure you do not have luggage as the city busses are very small. The onsen is really the highlight of the place.

I booked through Expedia for 2 adults and 2 children, and Expedia offered and confirmed a Twin Room for all four guests. After arriving and experiencing the room, I checked the listing again and found it described as “Sleeps 4” with “2 Single Beds.” In practice, with four people and normal travel luggage inside, there was insufficient clear floor space for normal movement. We had to move luggage around simply to get between the beds, entrance and bathroom, and a normal-sized suitcase could not be fully opened on the floor without extending onto a bed. My issue is not simply that the room was small. Expedia specifically offered and confirmed it for four people, yet the practical sleeping arrangement was not clear. “Sleeps 4” alongside “2 Single Beds” should explain how four guests are actually expected to sleep. I also found that the room-size information shown during room selection is not retained in the confirmation email or normal post-booking details, so I had to perform a new search to find it again. Expedia’s initial response was that the dimensions had been shown before booking, but that does not answer the central issue: why was this room presented as suitable for four guests, and what sleeping arrangement was intended? I have submitted a formal complaint requesting a proportionate partial refund and a review of the listing.

出来る事出来ない事 ビジネスホテルだから、できない事があるのはわかるが、そこは先回りして提案して欲しい。 アメニティをフロントで貰っていく事 タオルの交換はフロントでしかできない事 過去にもあった、多分CSを落としそうな部分に関しては事前に言って欲しかった。 スタッフは一生懸命です。仕組みを作ってあげないと空回りするかも。

今回大変不快なことがあったので投稿させていただきます。 ９月１日、３０８号室に宿泊。カンデオホテルズは初めての利用。 八ヶ岳を一望しながらゆっくりできるスカイスパ、朝食のクロワッサンやパンプディングに満足して良いホテルだなぁ、と思ってました。 部屋に戻り、チェックアウト上限は１１時と確認。１０時２０分頃、部屋のトイレに入っていたら部屋のドアがノックされて「お客様、お客様。いらっしゃいますか？」と声が聞こえた。トイレ中だったのと、突然のことで驚いていると「失礼します」とカギを開けて中に入ってきた。 正直怖かった。チェックアウトしてないのに誰かが部屋に入って来るなんて考えもしなかった。 声が出せなかったのでトイレのドアを内側からノックして、まだ中にいることをアピールすることしかできなかった。 服とか机の上に置いたままだったりしてたのとトイレ内からのノック音で気付いたのか入って来た人はすぐに出て行った。 驚きと不快な気持ちでもう部屋を出ようと思い、トイレから出てすぐに着替えてたらまた部屋のドアをノックされて「お客様いらっしゃいますか？入りますよ？」との声。 着替え中に突然の再訪。意味が分からない。一度中に入って滞在中なのは分かっているだろうに。 慌てて部屋のドアを内側からノックして事なきを得ました。 入って来た人は見ていませんが、他の部屋が清掃中だったことからみて清掃員が入って来たのだと思います。 全国様々な宿泊施設に泊まってきましたが今回の様なことは初めてです。 プライベートな空間でゆっくりしたいから宿泊したのに最悪でした。 二度とカンデオホテルズには泊まりません。

部屋は、狭いですが清潔感がありとても快適に過ごすことができました。シャンプー等は上質な香りのもので良かったです。 朝食は、美味しかったのですが個人的に大好きなフルーツが、オレンジとライチしかなくて残念でした。

お部屋もお風呂も綺麗で清潔感がありとても快適でした。お盆時という事もありチェックインの際にエレベーターがやや時間がかかると説明はされましたが、やはりあれだけの部屋数で満室状態でエレベーターが一機しか無いのはどうかと思いました、お風呂に行く度にかなり待たされました。それでもいろいろなシティホテルやビジネスホテルを利用してきましたが、朝食はとても良かったと思います。機会があればまだ泊まってみたいと思います。
