"Upon arrival, check in , there was no one at the front desk with a sign that stated no one at the front desk. Asked a cleaning person in lobby to be checked in and that staff person did not know how to locate anyone to come assist. This was a problem because a meeting was scheduled for customer and delayed due to delayed check in after flight was annoying. Hope this feedback helps as a customer should not have to wait long to be checked in."

"The staff are excellent price is right and good location"

"The staff is wonderful and very attentive. It would be nice to have a free breakfast buffet. The hotel has lots of nice amenities"

"The hotel was perfectly located in the historic and beautiful Winter Park with an abundance of dining options surrounding it. The staff was wonderful, too. The rooms are clean and if you don't mind the quirks of an older hotel then you'll do just fine! The bathrooms could be updated and they could put hangers in the closets, but I didn't mind too much. The towels were thick and the water was plenty hot with good pressure. The walls are very thin between rooms so it's thoughtful of the hotel to...

"The valet desk was empty and cars were parked blocking the entrance. The areas at the entrance were not clean, The room was clean but very dated, open electrical panel, flush was not working well. The beds were comfortable and it served the purpose as the room was big, as we had a pet with us. Overall not the best stay."

"Margaret was amazing. Outstanding customer service. She made my stay as comfortable as possible. House was struck by lightening so I was on pins and needles and she did everything she could to help my family. Awesome job"

"good hotel for your money"

"The room had items left behind from previous guests. The water drips on a metal plate in the shower all night and if the door isn’t closed you hear it all night. The computer chair was broken/ripped . Breakfast was ok. The hotel was ok. We were charged $19 dollars a night for self parking."

"I did the reserve by expedía they was very explicit $167 total by night taxes included, but the hotel charged me 167+ taxes + parking($20) = $200"

"Property is 5 star and great rooms and views. Only complaint was noisy, could hear voices from other room and doors closing all night."

"Check-in to checkout was seamless."

"Made same day reservations, everything went very easily and smoothly. Very nice stay. Always appreciate a complimentary breakfast."

"Our room was spacious and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and crisp white sheets. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, it offered great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again."
