"The staff are excellent price is right and good location"

"The staff is wonderful and very attentive. It would be nice to have a free breakfast buffet. The hotel has lots of nice amenities"

"The valet desk was empty and cars were parked blocking the entrance. The areas at the entrance were not clean, The room was clean but very dated, open electrical panel, flush was not working well. The beds were comfortable and it served the purpose as the room was big, as we had a pet with us. Overall not the best stay."

"Very nice place"

"Margaret was amazing. Outstanding customer service. She made my stay as comfortable as possible. House was struck by lightening so I was on pins and needles and she did everything she could to help my family. Awesome job"

"I did the reserve by expedía they was very explicit $167 total by night taxes included, but the hotel charged me 167+ taxes + parking($20) = $200"

"Property is 5 star and great rooms and views. Only complaint was noisy, could hear voices from other room and doors closing all night."

Hope this feedback helps as a customer should not have to wait long to be checked in."

"good hotel for your money"

"The room had items left behind from previous guests. The water drips on a metal plate in the shower all night and if the door isn’t closed you hear it all night. The computer chair was broken/ripped . Breakfast was ok. The hotel was ok. We were charged $19 dollars a night for self parking."

"Great location, comfortable beds, and excellent breakfast We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites Orlando Downtown. The beds were very comfortable, and our room was spacious. Breakfast was a highlight, with a really nice selection, including made-to-order omelets. The location was excellent—within walking distance of Lake Eola and the Kia Center, in a lovely part of downtown with plenty to explore on foot. Overall, it was a great choice for our trip. The room furniture was a little dated, but...
