"Excellent location! Across from Central Park. 24 hour parking available in the back of the hotel for $20. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and museums. Loved sitting outside on the balcony. Enjoyed the old world feel of the hotel room, which was spacious and comfortable. FYI no fridge, no microwave and no safe…which didn’t matter to us. The a/c was perfect for hot days and I was happy the floor was wood and not carpet. "

"The only thing that I would complain about is the parking. Valet was not available as it was full. Had to park in garage and walk to hotel lobby. Payed a $38 fee for parking one day. "

"Initial room had faulty toilet, no toilet paper holder and dirty windows. Moved to 2nd room with shower light not functioning and when told I didn’t leave anything behind in first room, manager had to recheck and found 2 pairs of pants left in closet. Not a Hilton hotel experience. "

"The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was available 1 hour prior to Check-in and we very much appreciated the accommodation to this request. The hotel is pet friendly, even providing a complimentary welcome goodie bag for pets! The hotel was clean in all areas and staff was very responsive when I requested extra towels. It would be a pleasure to stay there again."
