"The property never got our reservation, so showed up and no one was there. This, however, didn't appear to be Amara's fault. Ana was very apologetic and tried to make the most of it. Property is nice though, but it's more suited for a full rent out than just a couple looking for a get away."

"This resort is next level, from friendliness of staff, quality and options in dining choices, we were privileged to be upgraded to a pool villa that was simply huge and stunning and on our last day were given a late checkout that exceeded expectations. "The check-in for this property is very problematic. Note that their credit card reader doesn’t always work. And they are very lucky if you try to pay with cash about the condition of your bills.
