"Rooms smell like mold"

"Everything was very nice."

"Both pools close at 6pm at Cinnamon Beach. Splash bad is also closed for maintenance. So, if you arrived and wanted to swim, you had to go over to the resort. The garden tub spout needed maintenance, so it took awhile to get hot water to fill it. This condo was beautiful and the view was incredible. "Always love staying here b/c the hotel is in an excellent location with lots of shops/restaurants around. Also the dining and bar at the hotel is really convenient. The pool was clean and relaxing and we had a great time."

"Property was undergoing renovations."

"Really nice staff, big room, comfy bed , wifi in my room was t good"

"Loved our stay!"

"Clean room, ok"

"Quiet place, friendly staff, convenient location beach across the street. Restaurant next door."

The overnight staff read a disabled woman who weighs 100 pounds with a cane as a threat. I was sick and had a cold. I was in a lot...

"Very clean and good breakfast"
