It was very clean, quiet and safe with easy access to our car. We were welcomed and introduced to our room very nicely. The outdoor patio area was vety basic, and as the sun was bearing down hard on the patio and our room, we could not sit outside and enjoy the evening there (as we'd anticipated). The facilities otherwise were good, although perhaps a bit dated.

Abzocke Wir hatten eine Family Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern für 3 Personen gebucht. Bei der Ankunft zeigte uns die Dame von der Rezeption unser Zimmer, das nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt war. Wir haben darauf hingewiesen, dass wir 3 Personen sind und auch so gebucht haben. Statt uns eine Klärung anzubieten, hat sie uns belehrt, dass wir dann hätten 2 King-Size-Betten buchen müssen, so machen das andere Gäste auch. Sie ist gar nicht darauf eingegangen, dass wir die Family Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht haben. Immerhin hat sie uns ein größeres Zimmer angeboten, mit zwei King-Size Betten. Da Heiligabend war, haben wir das angenommen, mussten aber 30 NZD zusätzlich zahlen, damit wir dann ein kleineres Zimmer als das gebuchte hatten, das aber übrigens auch schon 20 Euro mehr gekostet hat als das Ersatzzimmer. Hat sie alles nicht interessiert. Sie hat auch behauptet, sie wäre ausgebucht, dabei waren kaum noch andere Gäste da, der Parkplatz leer. Dem Gast die Schuld zu geben, obwohl er nachweisen kann, was er gebucht hat, ohne überhaupt ein Mitgefühl zu zeigen, sorry, das geht gar nicht. Kunden freundlichkeit schaut anders aus. Ansonsten ganz nettes Zimmer, Schrank ließ sich aber nicht schließen, Kühlschranktür hängt, könnte etwas mehr Wartung gebrauchen. Dusche braucht lange bis warmes Wasser kommt, kein Abzug in der Dusche, bei geöffnetem Fenster können die Nachbarn hineinschauen.
