Great location with poor property

The location is amazing The room comfort is very poor, the bathroom condition is very bad. The reception is nice. The breqkfast is poor and you need to ask each time some dish is over... The pool is excellent. Improving the above can make it a 5 stars property, again - the location is breath taking

It was so difficult to access and taxi driver charged us 50 euro for 10 minute drive. We were said there is no towels, no shampoo, no soap, and no hair dryer. And the reception is gone after 9 o'clock. But what we didn't like most was no Wi-Fi at our banga rlow. We complained, but they didn't care so much. So we ended up changing the hotel on the next day, even thought they didn't refund it. It was such a terrible experience!

È una struttura potenzialmente bella poiché la posizione strategica e la vista mozzafiato ma a livello di pulizia è davvero deludente; abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni e la camera non è stata mai pulita, invasa da formiche e un letto con lenzuola mal odoranti. La colazione giusta ma urge di una disinfestazione di vespe poiché era quasi impossibile mangiare fuori; sono stata anche punta da una di loro.

very nice place for vacations

Place is quiet, spacious and really well located with access to the beach( the only one that exist in the area) service is great, super nice family owned hotel. Not fancy at all, but effective Pricing was really good so nothing to complain.

The property is better fit for camping project than for tourist coming for vacation. The bungalow first looks creepy with lizards walking all around and the worse part is the bed, it is hard as wood. The room had air-conditioning but without remote so you can put on or off from electrical panel. The room doesn't have wifi and it is true that it is not listed on Expedia for the room but rather for the property but I think this is really a trap since it only works next to the main office. The property comes with one roll of paper towels and you need to buy extra if needed, the room is not cleaned throughout the stay. No soup, towels, or any bathroom material come with the property. I am not sure if someone needs to check for soup these days when reserving through Expedia. I couldn't continue my stay in this property and left earlier.

Única vantagem do hotel é a linda vista, no mais quarto antigo, minha roupa de cama estava toda manchada de sangue, café da manhã fraco e não tem nada perto do hotel.

The peoperty had beautiful views from every room. Free parking. It was clean. There was supposed to be wifi in common areas, but it only worked in one corner of the breakfast area, which was closed all the time except for breakfast. Be aware that they do NOT give beach access to people who book through Expedia. This was a huge surprise to me as i had read about the beach access on their website. Staff at the front desk was cold and rude. i never felt welcomed by them. Breakfast and cleaning staff were nice. The pool hours are short, so we never got to go swimming, which was disappointing.

Oude barakken

Zeer onvriendelijk personeel die liever hebben dat je niet komt. Spreken geen andere taal dan italiaans en willen niets voor je doen. Verblijf in oude barakken waarvan alles zo’n beetje kapot is. Hondedrollen voor je deur en een dronken eigenaresse. Ontbijt van zeer matige kwaliteit en geen handdoeken. Conclusie: vakantiepret behoorlijk verstierd, kortom ik zou dit aan niemand aanbevelen

C'è molto da migliorare

Il personale è scortese, pochissimo disponibile, gestito da persone che guardano solo i loro affari, guadagni trascurando le richieste dei clienti. Camera piena di polvere, bagno sporchissimo e puzzolente con arredo vecchissimo e usurato. Hotel da rivedere nel complesso e nei servizi e soprattutto mal gestito.

View was good when you walked up by the fence. The staff was not overly friendly or accommodating. Most spoke English. Air conditioning worked great. Refrigerator was convenient and worked great. Shower was small. Kitchen would have been convenient but stove didn't work. Parking was fine. No WiFi.

Posizione ottima ma una camera non degna di un tre stelle 12 metri quadrati senza balcone o finestra solo la porta di d entrata bagno piccolissimo all arrivo condizionatore non funzionante si è provveduto all intervento del tecnico per rimuovere i filtri intasati di polvere la stanza priva di asciugamani e quindi altro tempo perso per la richiesta rapporti qualità prezzo assurdo e pensare che eravamo ritornati in questa struttura perchè la priva volta con un prezzo leggeremente superiore avevamp avututo un soggiorno ottimo

Per un inconveniente all'auto alle 17:45 del 25/6 ho comunicato non ero sicuro di riuscire ad arrivare per le 21:00. Inizialmente mi era stato detto che con un supplemento sarei potuto arrivare anche dopo. Alle 18:30 mi è stato detto che, invece l'orario delle 21 era tassativo e, quindi, non c'era niente da fare. Ho dovuto provvedere altrimenti con un'altra sistemazione alberghiera. Flessibilità e attenzione al cliente = 0.

Beautiful coast area, but you can do better !

Beautiful area, nice beach just below the villa , however skeleton staff seems to wish we weren't there. Didn't expect much but "Breakfast" was awful , day old croissants , no fruit, and told us we couldn't eat outside on the deck - where the view is, There must be better places in this beautiful area !

Amazing location with breathtaking views!

Great location, amazing views of Vesuvius from the pool. The kids loved the pool. Accommodation basic but comfortable, we had a bungalow with kitchenette. There is a cliff walk down to the beach and restaurant. I would recommend hiring a car as there is limited facilities near the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing holiday!
