Multiple problems upon arrival, with limited communication. Services offered online are false. The bed was very uncomfortable. The main hotel was kind enough to re-accommodate us in their main hotel, which is the reasoning we have given it a 2 star rather than 1 star. Staff at main hotel very friendly and helpful.

Ottima struttura in pieno centro di massa lubrense, comoda se si vuole girare a piedi, si possono trovare pure posteggi auto nelle vie limitrofe, ci sono dei bar comodi per la zona. Se serve c'è il servizio bus che lascia davanti la struttura.

I will not stay there again.

Hard to find. Parking is down he road and confusing the add says free but there is a meter in the parking lot. So you tend to pay it. Wifi is good. TV Italian only, bathroom fixtures not is good working order. no elevator four stories up. Not much to do in this town, one can take the bus to sorrento which is good. Few choice of nearby restaurants. Netflix appears to be available for the kids, but it's not.

The person who was to meet us to give us the key was no where to be found. The operator of a different local business finally got her on the phone and she came. She stated she’d emailed me to ask what time we were arriving (even though our booking gave a 4 hour window). I never got that email. She also said she’d emailed to say we’d only have a double room, despite the receipt which says quad, I also never got that email. The hot water didn’t work at all on day two, and the heater was marginal at best. Definitely will not be returning. However, the town was lovely and charming with one of the best restaurants I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a patron.

C'è da migliorare

Stanza nuovissima e carina, personale molto gentile, posizione centrale, però ho dovuto rilevare due pecche importanti. Innanzitutto abbiamo trovato la stanza gelida ed abbiamo avuto problemi a riscaldarla visto che il condizionatore (lento!!) funzionava solo con la chiave elettronica inserita pertanto uscendo dalla camera...si spegneva e quindi al rientro dopo cena...stanza di nuovo gelida. Inoltre dalla descrizione sembrava che fosse dotato di parcheggio ed invece ho dovuto parcheggiare in strada a pagamento.

Todo excelente, excepto y es incomodo¡¡¡¡¡, hay que decir que esta en un tercer piso, 4ª si contamos el entre piso y para personas mayores es muy dificil subir 4 pisos sin ascensor.- Ademas se desayuna en un restaurante abajo fuera del edificio, y luego volver a subir¡¡¡¡¡¡ El hospedaje es precioso, con vista al mar y a la Isla de Capri, el entorno es muy lindo y tranquilo, solo menciono que hay que subir mucha escalera, imaginar con equipaje y gente mayor de 60 años, o con dificultades motrices.-
