"Everything was clean and nice. We got a room view we weren’t crazy about so instead of moving us they gave us breakfast vouchers. The coffee maker was broken and they kept telling us they would replace it. It was never replaced so I was unable to make coffee in the room. Overall it’s a very nice place and well maintained."

"Clean nice room, pretty property Shower could be better, show door didnt work well"

"All was well - easy check in easy check out - clean and convenient location."

"The property is essentially located in the historical district of Fredericksburg. It is very nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Room was dilapidated and dirty. There was no maid service for 4 days resulting in overflowing trash cans and no toilet paper. Requests for toilet paper unanswered. Had to purchase toilet paper from store to continue residence. Worst hotel experience ever. Reflects poorly on hotel and Expedia. Very disappointed."

"Parking, staff"

"Property was pretty clean, breakfast was okay. We were excited to use the pool but unfortunately it was too hot and stuffy, no air circulation at all. That was disappointing. Otherwise not bad."

"The room was clean. Breakfast was good parking was good"

"I was traveling solo for work and although this was not my first time at this hotel, it was the first time where there was a actual race going on across the parking lot… This went on from approximately 6 PM until 11 PM and afterwards my neighbor decided to have an after party at 1:30 AM. Fortunately, I had my headphones and was able to drown out most of the noise since I had an early morning start. It’s a nice spot but if you are traveling solo for work or want a quiet night sleep, this is not...

"Room was big with full kitchen. Easy to get in and out. They had our room ready by 1pm even though check in was at 3pm. Very nice place to stay."
