"The rooms and beds were comfortable and the air conditioning/heating system was efficient and worked great. There were places to gather in the lobby if you are traveling with a group. The hotel is walking distance to many activities and attractions. Breakfast was good but crowded and the wait to get in at peak times could take over 10 minutes. Plan accordingly. The bathroom is divided - the toilet and tub shower is separate from the sink. The sink area is open to the room."

"Great location in Union Square - easy walking distance to shopping, food, BART, and other transportation options. Also had good restaurant on-site, pricing probably appropriate for the area - seemed a smidge high for both parking and on-site restaurant but hotel registration staff were outstanding. Room was perfect."
