"Fantastic place! Some online folks say the neighborhood isn't safe, but we felt completely safe and at ease the entire time. Very eclectic and vibrant neighborhood. We were only here for one night after returning from the islands but wish we had stayed longer."

"I love that this hotel was centrally located to just about everything including the Metro, restaurants, cafes and of course shopping. The hotel was safe, secure and only three room per floor so that was great. All of the staff was excellent and very friendly. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"Check in initially went well. We were told we were given a room upgrade. The room was definitely not an upgrade!! The floor was under construction and the noise level was extremely loud! A lot of hammering and drilling. When we inquired how long the noise would continue, we were told it was from 9am to 9 pm. We asked for a quieter room and the front desk reacted with an attitude and our room was downgraded. There is no way the hotel did not know about the noise on this floor and they never seemed apologetic for assigning us to a room on it."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we found blood on our comforter. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention, it was never replaced. To make matters worse, the shower leaked significantly, leaving the bathroom floor flooded every time we used it. While management promised a mechanic would fix it, no one ever showed up. Housekeeping was also subpar; they only emptied the trash and made the bed without actually cleaning the room. For the price paid, the lack of basic cleanliness and follow-through is unacceptable."
