"The staff at the hotel are so friendly, especially Abdul & Hassan. The host Sobha was very friendly and made a point of meeting us. We arranged return transfers from the airport through Sobha and this was very easy once we arrived. We also arranged a trip through Sobha and we had comfortable transfers and friendly drivers!"

"We arrived at the Riad late on Friday 22nd November. The reception staff Isham was excellent and very welcoming. We were provided with a cup of mint tea and an overview of the Riad and its facilities. It is fair to say that it has only been opened a short time, however it was clear that customer service is everything. We didn't want for anything and nothing was too much trouble.

"It was a wonderful experience from the minute we arrived. The staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is spectacular and so are the rooms and all the amenities. You have the choice of several restaurants also"
"The property was absolutely beautiful. Our host (who used to be a teacher!)was very gracious and we were greeted enthusiasticly and with a tea and a desert. Our host did an amazing job helping us book our excursions to the Ouzud Waterfalls and The Agafay Desert for a camel ride + dinner and a special show.
The bed was comfortable and the soap and shampoo smelled great. The daily Moroccan Breakfast on the rooftop was delicious. The rooftop is a great space to sit and enjoy the breeze as well. The waitstaff was friendly and prompt. The special Moroccan tea was itself an experience. We also loved the little cat that lives at the rooftop!!
The small pool was really nice and cold. It was great to cool off after being out all day in the heat. It was a little noisy on the first floor as our room was in the courtyard but not so much it disturbed my sleep.
I would 100% stay here again. Actively dreaming about returning here for the 2030 World Cup! It was an amazing experience to be able to walk through the marketplace from our hotel and the entire staff were absolutely amazing and courteous. Much love from America. Shokran! En shalla!!! "
